Nowadays, different power systems are connected to each other due technical and economic reasons form a complex developed network. Such networks measure send system data decision-making centers for control protection. This information transmission is accompanied by delay causes the performance of system’s damping controllers be affected. To improve dynamic stability, supplementary controller in flexible alternating current (FACTS) devices designed account delays. In these methods, increase controllability observability inter-area mode, remote signals extracted from wide area measurement (WAMS) used as input modulator. WAMS systems’ time reduces stability even instability, so it’s crucial find maximum margin that ensures stability.
